Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including those on the free plan and paid subscribers. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Studio after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication where possible.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Studio. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Studio offers a free plan with limited proposal creation and a Pro subscription billed monthly. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and within your billing settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Studio does not store your payment card details.

You agree not to use Studio to:

• Generate proposals that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Send unsolicited commercial communications or spam
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the proposal content you create using Studio, including any text generated with AI assistance. By using the platform, you grant Studio a limited licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

The Studio platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Studio is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio and its operators accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Studio shall not exceed the amount you paid to Studio in the three months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@studioaisolutions.com. Upon deletion, your proposal data and branding settings will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you breach these terms. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice unless immediate action is required to protect the platform or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
