Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and the information you enter into your profile (studio name, contact details, brand colour, and logo). This is used solely to provide the Studio service.

When you create proposals, we store the proposal content you generate — including client names, project details, and any AI-generated text — so that you can access, edit, and share them.

We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability purposes. These are not used for advertising.

We use your information to operate and improve Studio. Specifically, to authenticate your account, generate proposals on your behalf, process payments, and send you service-related emails (for example, receipts and security alerts).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your proposal content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database service, and deployed via Vercel. Both services are SOC 2 compliant and store data in secure, encrypted environments.

Uploaded logos are stored in Supabase Storage. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Account access is handled by Clerk, which provides industry-standard authentication including multi-factor authentication.

Studio uses the following third-party services to deliver the product:

• Clerk — account creation and authentication (clerk.com)
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management (stripe.com)
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI proposal generation. Your form inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate proposal content. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. See anthropic.com/privacy.
• Supabase — database and file storage (supabase.com)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, and request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email us at support@studioaisolutions.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

If you are based in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
